UncleTools (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects and uses information obtained through the UncleTools mobile application (“iPerf3”) as described in this policy. Privacy guarantees specific to our services

We do not collect personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information. We collect only technical information on how the application is used for diagnostic purposes. We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to gather diagnostic information and error reports. Consent management (GDPR / CPRA)

Consent management (GDPR / CPRA) To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), UncleTools implements Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK.

• For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, UMP presents a consent dialog where you can grant or refuse permission for personalized advertising and analytics.
• For users in California, UMP provides a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option as required by CPRA. You can review or change your choices at any time in the Privacy section of the app settings.

iPerf3 App

The iPerf3 Android app contains Google AdMob to display ads. This service is provided by Google. For more information on how Google uses your data, refer to the same Google policy linked above.
